My current revenue drivers include memberships
for the consumers who want to use the website to find their next roommate. It
also includes memberships for college campuses, and surrounding apartment
complexes to help advertise their living arrangements and feature these
consumers could take advantage of.

I believe the next big thing my customers would
want is the ability to get the right roommate they want and be able to sign the
lease via the website for the specific location they have looked at and chosen.

This “next big thing” will help further the
relationship between the consumer, my website, and the third parties involved
such as the colleges and apartment complexes. It will definitely improve the
user experience since they have the ease to pick and choose which place they’ll
live at next from the comfort of their own couch. This also helps the third parties
get signed leases processed and organized faster than the stacks of papers that
are usually needed to be signed and filed away.
